BURA Module 1 - Building Sustainable Communities

Module 1 - 'Building Sustainable Communities' led by Jenny Lynn and BURA. In total 22 people attended this day-long session which consisted of Councillors, community development officers, planning officers, engineers, highways and regeneration practitioners from across the Coastal West Sussex strip. This session focused building sustainable communities, partnership working and how this fits into the challenges the Coastal West Sussex strip are facing.

- With the proposed development at Shoreham likely to gather pace, the training session has certainly helped in stressing the need to involve the community at the outset and some ideas on how to go about it.
