Further Background Information ...
Urban Design Course : 8th, 15th & 22nd November 2007
Chichester College
The Urban Design Course was the first session as part of the Learning Laboratory programme led by Solent Centre for Architecture & Design. In total, 36 people participated in this course which consisted of an introductory session to the principles of Urban Design, a study tour to Emsworth & Leigh Park in Havant Borough Council and a design workshop in looking how to put the principles in practice. This consisted of planning officers, enforcement officers and regeneration practioners.
